This Giving Tuesday, December 2, we invite you to turn your gratitude into action by supporting 1,200 abandoned elders (abuelitos) and vulnerable Asháninka and Shipibo children living in deep food insecurity across the Peruvian Amazon and Central Jungle.

While many celebrate the holidays with abundant meals, warm gatherings, and gift-giving, thousands of seniors in Peru face these days completely alone—without food, family support, or the basic dignity of a warm plate. Many walk long distances just to find a small meal. Many children in Amazonian communities go to sleep hungry, dreaming only of a chance to feel safe, nourished, and hopeful.

Through our Feeding Hands / Manos que Alimentan program, AGAPE HAND provides nutritious food baskets, warm meals, hygiene kits, and emotional support to elders who have no one else, as well as to Indigenous children growing in extreme vulnerability. Every contribution—no matter the size—creates real impact:

• $15 provides a food kit for an abuelito living alone.
• $25 feeds an Asháninka or Shipibo child for several days.
• $50 supports a full family in crisis.
